Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival
We will receive you at TIA, Kathmandu airport. After this, we will transfer you to the Hotel. During free time we will guide about the Cho La and Renjo La Pass trek.
Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing
So, with breakfast in the morning session, we will head towards the Hindu holy site of Pashupatinath Temple. After this, we will visit, Bouddhanath and move forward to Kathmandu Durbar Square. We will witness several ancient temples in durbar square areas. Similarly, if the time allows you to have the option for shopping. Overnight at Hotel,
Day 3: Fly to Lukla (2840m) and Begin Trek to Phakding (2610m), 4 Hrs,
With breakfast in the morning session, we will fly for Lukla. We will reach Lukla at about 25-30 minutes from Kathmandu, as we witness scenic beauties. Lukla offers excellent views of majestic genetic geographies.
Moreover, if the weather permits, we will capture panoramic mountain cliffs. We will chase Phakding steadily crossing Dudhkoshi gorge, encompassing views of Mt. Nupla (5,885m), Kwongde Range, and Kusum Kangada (6,367m). Hence, marching slowly, we will reach Phakding. Overnight stay at Phakding,
Day 4: Trek to Namche (3,440m), 6-7 hours,
Crossing Dudhkoshi valley in the northern circumference, we will pass along oaks, pine and rhododendron forests. So, after crossing the Dudhkoshi river twice via a suspension bridge, we reach Monjo. Monjo is a primary gateway for Sagarmatha National Park. After this, we will elevate towards Jhorsalle, where we will see magnificent views of Everest (8,848m). From here, we will climb to a beautiful valley of Namche, admitting spectacular scenes. Overnight stay at Namche,
Day 5: Acclimatizing at Namche (3,440m)
It’s a rest day, where we can acclimatize some hidden treasures of Namche. We have the option to stretch our bodies and explore the markets of Namche. Here we will interact with the Sherpa, discover the shops of Tibetan Market.
Similarly, if the time allows, we will elevate some foothills which offer stunning mountain views. Overnight stay at Namche,
Day 6: Trek to Tengboche (3860m), 5-6 Hrs,
After breakfast in the morning session, we will stretch toward the stunning forests offering colorful vibes of pine, oaks, and rhododendron trees. So, with an hour’s walk, we will reach towards Phungithanga. Now, from this beautiful trail, we will march towards the Himalayan asylum of Tengboche. Along, the paths we will encounter several panoramic mountains, including Ama Dablam (6,856m), Everest (8,848m), Nuptse (7,861m), Lhotse (8,501m), etc. So, during the evening session, we will head towards Tengboche Monastery (3,860m). Overnight at Tengboche,
Day 7: Trek to Dingboche (4,410m), 5-6 Hrs,
With early morning breakfast, we will march towards Dingboche experiencing majestic mountain ranges of Tengboche. We will move north towards Orsho, which takes us along the bank of Imja Khola. Along, the routes the trail further passes encompassing several chortens, mani walls, small villages. So, following the busty yet sensational beauties, we will march towards Dingboche. Overnight in Dingboche,
Day 8: Acclimatization Day: Dingboche,
We will take rest, stretch our muscles, and observe creatively, as we march forward to explore the beautiful valley. Based on our timing, we will go for a short hike and enjoy a stunning view of the sunset from the Himalayas. We will stay overnight in Dingboche,
Day 9: Trek to Lobuche (4,910m), 5-6 Hrs,
After breakfast during the morning, we will move steadily towards Pheriche village. From here, we will steep, downtown towards Khumbu glaciers. Our natural walk adds picturesque views of high snowy peaks. Along, the route we will explore mountains like Ama Dablam, Mt. Tawache, North-Pokalde (5,741m), Nuptse, Kongma-Tse (5820m), etc. Finally, we will reach Lobuche and stay overnight here.
Day 10: Trek to Gorakshep (5,140m) through Everest Base Camp (5,364m), 6-7 Hrs,
Initially, we will climb to uphill’s towards Lobuche, as we pause for experiencing the majesty of mother nature in some instances. Furthermore, we will overlook Khumbu glaciers as we cross the rocky trails observing beautiful mountains towards Gorakshep. We will be very close to Everest Base Camp, experiencing the Everest (8,848m) views. So, after having lunch, we will resume our destiny towards Everest Base Camp. Base Camp adds fantastic settings of god, as we encounter freezing but delighting conditions. So, with the view of Everest, glaciers, landscapes, and surrounding Himalayas, we will head back to Gorakshep. Hence, we will stay overnight at Gorakshep,
Day 11: Trek to Dzonglha (4,860m), through Kalapathhar (5,550m), 5-6 Hrs,
With the rise of the bright and sparkling morning, we will head towards Kalapathhar. Morning brings great vibes of pleasure, so it’s the best time to hike, for Kalapathhar. More importantly, Kalapathhar is the highest point of our trek, which is just 2 Km away. Kalapathhar admits the world’s most prominent view of Mt. Everest. To illustrate, it offers a circular view of Everest and its surrounding peaks. We will discover mountains like Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lingtren, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Khumbetse, etc. So, after reaching Dzonglaha, we will take rest for the day, as we stay overnight here,
Day 12: Trek to Thanknak (4,830m) through Cho-La Pass (5,350m), 5-6 Hrs,
It’s a long trek towards Thanknak, where we will encompass several curvy and streaming roads. Along the pathways, we will witness some traditional villages. From here, the trails get little busty. However, we will discover vast landscapes while accomplishing Cho La Pass. We will see a large and glowing view of Mt. Cholatse via Chola Pass.
Similarly, the stunning view of lakes close to this area is heart touchy. Hence, we will stay overnight at Thanknak,
Day 13: Trek to Gokyo (4,750m), 5-6 Hrs,
Trekking to Gokyo is short and more convincing. So, after having breakfast, we will begin our trek from Machherma and incline downhills. We will stop here for lunch and start our destiny to Gokyo. Gokyo is a stunning valley in the Khumbu region that admits excellent views of lakes, landmarks, and stunning mountains. Hence, we will stay overnight at Gokyo,
Day 14: Trek to Gokyo-Ri (5,357m) and Return to Gokyo, 5-6 hrs,
We will take rest and chill out at Gokyo Valley, and in the day time, we will head for Gokyo Ri. Gokyo Ri offers majestic views of Everest and its surrounding peaks.
Additionally, the viewpoint of Gokyo Ri admits views of six lakes within the Gokyo Lakes complex. The fourth one, i.e., Thonak Tsho, and the fifth one, i.e., Ngozumpa lake, are the most amazing ones. In addition to this, it offers excellent views of Cho-Oyu, Gyanchung Kang, Lhotse, Nuptse, Everest, Makalu, etc. Hence, we will stay overnight at Gokyo,
Day 15: Trek to Lunde (4,310m) through Renjo La (5,360m), 5-6 hrs,
After a rough day in Gokyo, we will strive towards the third pass, which is the Renjo La Pass. So, with 3-4 hours of hike, we will accomplish Renjo La pass, which includes passionate views of snowy peaks. To illustrate, we will view the vistas of Everest, Cholatse, Lhotse, Taboche, etc. From here we will descend downhills, where there is small ice falls sometimes. We will stay overnight at Lunde,
Day 16: Trek to Thame (3,800m), 3-4 Hrs,
We will head towards Thame crossing the trails of colorful rhododendron and Juniper forests. Along the trails, we will experience views of Ama Dablam, Everest, Lhotse towards the left hemisphere. So, with the walk of a few hours, we will reach Thame village, which includes beautiful Sherpa settlements. Hence, we will stay overnight at Thame,
Day 17: Trek to Namche (3,440m), 5-6 hrs,
Along the trails, we will head towards Namche, encompassing trails of colorful forests. We will cross few suspension bridges as we trek onwards for Namche Bazaar. Based on our luck, we will view sites of Pheasants, Musk Deers, Wild Goats, Wild goats, Himalayan Griffons, etc. We will stay overnight at Namche,
Day 18: Trek to Lukla (2840m), 5-6 Hrs,
From Namche, we will descend towards Dudh Koshi, which is quite a moderate trail. After crossing the suspension bridge over the electric Dudh Koshi, the pathways are balanced. We will pass along the forest routes viewing the vistas of snow-covered mountains. Overnight in Lukla,
Day 19: Fly to Kathmandu (1350m), 25-30 minutes,
We will give a final wave to the Khumbu region and our hospitable porters as we take a flight back to Kathmandu. Flight to Kathmandu especially takes place during morning sessions unless weather interrupts. Overnight at Kathmandu,
Day 20: Departure
We will offer you a final good buy and drive you towards the TIA, Kathmandu airport for your onward destinations.
